Ingredients:
I tin of chickpeas, drained
2 large eggs
3 tbs wholemeal flour
2 garlic cloves
1 green chilli
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp each of dried coriander, cumin and garam masala
3 spring onions
large bunch coriander
1 carrot grated
1 zucchini grated
1 small sweet potato, grated

Pre-heat oven to 180C
In a food processor blend all ingredients except the grated veg till smooth.
Stir in the grated veg till combined.
Spoon one tablespoon of mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for 25 - 30 min
